Why No Tariffs on Russia?

A lot of people have noticed and are wondering, why has Russia been spared Trump’s tariffs? After all, the US imports billions of dollars of Russian products annually. Yet somehow they are let off the hook.

Maybe Russia been given Most Favored Nation (MFN) status by Krasnov? Been pretty obvious since the meeting in Helsinki and Russian money (even jr said so).
